Thank you for subscribing to AutoMate. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our services. This policy details our terms regarding subscription cancellations and refunds.

1. Subscription and Billing

Our Service is offered on a subscription basis. All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected by you during the purchase). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.

Payments are processed via our third-party payment gateway partner, PayU. By subscribing, you agree to their terms and conditions.

2. Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. You can cancel your subscription renewal through your account's "Settings" page.

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period. We will not charge you for any subsequent billing cycles.

3. Refund Policy

General Rule: Due to the nature of our digital service, all subscription fees are generally non-refundable. When you purchase a subscription, you are paying for access to the Service for the duration of the term, regardless of your usage level. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription months or years, unused time, or for any reason once a payment has been processed.

Exceptions for Refunds

We may consider providing a refund in very limited circumstances, at our sole discretion. These situations include:

  • Billing Errors: If you have been charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our part or on the part of our payment gateway, PayU.
  • Service Unavailability: In the event of a prolonged and verified service outage that prevents you from accessing the core functionalities of the Service for an extended period.

To be considered for a refund under these exceptions, you must contact our support team within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction. All requests must be accompanied by relevant proof (e.g., transaction IDs, screenshots).

4. No Refunds for Downgrades or Unused Features

We do not issue refunds if you choose to downgrade your subscription plan during a billing cycle. Similarly, non-use of the service or dissatisfaction with certain features does not qualify for a refund.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a billing issue, we require that you contact us first to attempt a resolution. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through PayU or your bank without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account and access to the Service.

6. Policy Changes

AutoMate reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
